We aim to promote transparency, accessibility, and simplicity in property listing — without participating in any transaction, commission, or brokerage.

1. Nature of the Platform

We do not own, rent, lease, buy, or sell any property. We do not charge commission or service fees. Hey Axom! is solely a listing platform that displays content submitted by third-party brokers.

2. No Intermediary or Guarantee

We are not agents, mediators, property dealers, or transaction facilitators. Therefore, we do not:

Negotiate, validate, or represent any party.
Guarantee accuracy, legality, completeness, or availability of listings.
Handle payments, paperwork, or financial settlements.

All dealings occur strictly between the user and the broker. Hey Axom! shall not be held liable under any circumstance.

3. User Responsibilities

Independently verify all property, broker identity, ownership documents, and legal clearance.
Inspect properties physically before making any decisions or payments.
Refrain from making advance payments without legal safeguards.

Use of this platform is at your own discretion and risk. Hey Axom! assumes no liability for fraud, misrepresentation, or financial loss.

4. Broker Responsibilities

Only post listings that are truthful, accurate, and legally valid.
Upload original, recent property photographs.
Refrain from duplicate, misleading, or unauthorized listings.

Listings that violate our policy may be removed, and the user may be suspended or blacklisted without notice.

5. Disputes

We do not arbitrate or intervene in disputes between users and brokers. Any legal or financial disputes must be resolved directly by the concerned parties. We hold no responsibility for resolution or mediation.

6. Content Moderation

Hey Axom! reserves the right to:

Moderate, remove, or block listings that violate our platform’s terms, legal standards, or ethical norms.
Restrict access to users posting suspicious, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Reports may be submitted by users if they suspect policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Axom! shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

Inaccurate listings or user-generated content.
Loss of money, goodwill, opportunity, or data.
Legal complications or disputes arising from platform use.

8. KYC & Verification

We may conduct KYC checks (via PAN, Aadhaar, RERA ID), but this is strictly for documentation. KYC does not imply endorsement or guarantee. Users must independently verify all claims before proceeding with any transaction.

9. Indemnity

By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hey Axom! and its operators against any claims, losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising from:

Your use of the platform;
Any listings posted by you;
Interactions with third parties;
Violation of these terms.

10. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the latest terms.

11. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Jurisdiction is limited to the Gauhati High Court, Assam.

12. Legal and Operational Independence:

We are not liable for any breach of the policy terms and conditions set forth in the Hey Axom! platform schedule by any individual, association, or organization. All actions, listings, or representations made by users or brokers are their sole responsibility.
